About this app

Kookmin University is the official mobile student ID / ID app that serves for members of the campus (undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty).

It can be used with a security-enhanced QR student ID, and NFC-equipped models (ex. most models of Galaxy S3 or higher) can also be used with the NFC student ID function.
※ If NFC student ID is available, set [NFC function on]-[card mode], check the antenna location on the back of your mobile phone, and tag it on the authentication terminal.

■ Mobile student ID/ID card issuance procedure and notes
Run the K•CARD app, log in with your integrated account (ID, PW), touch the issuance request button to request issuance, and it will be issued immediately.
① Login required after installing the ON National App
② After running the mobile student ID/ID card app, the authentication number (4 digits) is sent through the ON national app and issued after authentication
※ You must have an integrated ID account to use it.
※ Check whether the mobile phone number entered during the issuance process matches the mobile phone number in the comprehensive information system.
(On national app> My Information> Inquiry/edit personal information, you can register/edit mobile phone number)

■ Guide to using K•CARD+ system using mobile student ID/ID card
1) Kookmin Pay (formerly cyber money) payment
-It is a prepaid rechargeable payment method issued by the university and can be used as a payment method when copying/printing in the cafeteria, common computer room, and library
2) Use of mobile coupon
-You can check and use mobile coupons issued by departments within the school.
3) Use of lecture attendance
-Easy and convenient attendance using mobile attendance beacon and attendance authentication integrated terminal
-Mobile attendance (beacon): Attendance is checked through the mobile student ID app by installing a beacon near the center of the shared lecture room, and the attendance report is automatically reflected in the professor's online attendance book.
-Attendance authentication integrated terminal: For large shared classrooms (more than 100 seats), attendance is possible through the class schedule check and student ID card and mobile student ID (QR/NFC).
※ Check attendance information in real time through the'K•CARD+ system homepage' and mobile student ID app.
4) Library use
-Convenient use of library gate access, paid/unmanned loan and return, reading room unmanned seat issuance kiosk, copy/print to mobile student ID (QR/NFC)
※ [Reference] You can get seats in the reading room by using the seat assignment function of the library app.

5) Access control
-Access to the building by authenticating the mobile student ID (QR/NFC) to the terminal installed at the entrance of the building
