Among the various calculation functions required for machine design, we have selected functions that can be frequently and easily applied in the field, and will be useful for machine design and field confirmation work.

This version is the LIGHT version. Therefore, some of the calculated data (safety factors, material properties, etc.) required for machine design are not saved in this app.

For more functions such as calculation data transfer, please order a customized product.

This smartphone app provides calculation of the following mechanical elements.

1. Bolt strength calculation.
2. KEY stress calculation.
3. Stress calculation of RIVET.
4. Shaft diameter design.
5. Stress calculation of flange coupling (FLANGE COUPLING).
6. Calculation of bearing life.
7. Calculation of dimensions of gears (spur gears, helical gears, bevel gears, worm gears).
8. Calculation of speed ratio and angular velocity of gear train.
9. Calculation of belt length, effective tension, and transmission power.
10. Calculation of number of links, average speed, and transmission power of chain.
11. Calculation of spring constant and restoring force when springs are in series/parallel.
12. Calculation of braking torque of disc brake (DISC BRAKE).
13. Calculation of capacity output of MOTOR/AIR CYLINDER.
14. Unit conversion.
