Hi I am trying to get a verification code from Mexico (+52) but it always says I should try again I also tried a number from Argentina and got the same message. cloud you please help me

The mobile app has been down for me since last Friday. No matter what I did(uninstall and reinstall the app, restart my phone...etc), it doesn't work. The web version is not responsive, page layout is broken when viewing on different browser/desktop vs mobile. Some button is useless, when clicking it shows a spinning wheel but doesn't do anything. The worst thing is once logging out and back click, it displays everything like when you are logged in, means someone who use your laptop after you can read all the letters, follow all the activities you've done on the website(maybe even get your card details...etc).

It's been nearly a month since the last update crashed my app and I still can't even get to the log in screen. Even on PC it comes up with the same message. I'm very saddened by this 😭 do you have an update on anything being fixed?
