1. Is delivery to my area also?
• Currently, Diver's own delivery is available to Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi, Busan, Daegu, Gwangju, and Daejeon. Delivery to other areas is possible, but may be delivered through a partner company.

2. Can only corporate customers use it?
• If you are an individual customer, please enter 'Individual' in the company name field when registering and use the service after signing up. Dever can use the same services for both corporate and individual customers.

3. What is the basic fee?
• Deaver’s basic fee is 7,000 won (as of September 1, 2022, subject to change)

4. How different are the rates for car delivery and motorcycle delivery?
• Divers are dispatched at the same rate for both cars and motorcycles.

5. Is it possible to order on weekends/nights?
• Yes Deaver is available to order 24 hours a day. However, if you want reliable control monitoring, please place a reservation within operating hours for important deliveries!
• Weekdays: 08:00~22:00, Weekends and public holidays: 08:00~21:00
