- Required for user authentication to use dispatch control services.

※ If the user does not agree to the required permissions to use the app, the app will be closed.
Even after consent, you can cancel your consent through the customer center.

※ The Master Car dispatch app collects phone number information, transmits it to the server, and activates the user authentication function.

For performing emergency dispatch and on-site dispatch services
Master Automobile Management Co., Ltd. is an application for franchise operators.

=Main Features=

1. Dispatch management: You can proceed with service and enter results.
2. Receiving location search: You can check the receiving location by service provider.
3. Check dispatch report: You can check your service performance.
4. On-site dispatch report: On-site photos and details can be entered immediately.
5. Attendance management: Business representative (dispatch main) can manage franchise holidays
6. Check notices: You can check notices.

[What to do if the update does not work]
※ The path below may vary depending on the terminal model.
1. Run smartphone settings > Applications > Select ‘Google Play Store’
2. Click the ‘Delete Data’ button in the ‘Storage Space’ menu.
3. Power off and restart the smartphone, then proceed with installing the ‘Master ERS dispatch app’

※ If you have a guest account, when deleting the app, please link your account and reinstall it.

1. 스마트폰 설정 실행>애플리케이션 > ‘Google Play 스토어' 선택
2. '저장공간' 메뉴의 '데이터 삭제' 버튼 클릭
3. 스마트폰 전원 종료 후 재시작한 다음 '마스타 ERS 출동앱' 설치 진행

※ 게스트 계정일 경우, 앱 삭제시 계정 연동 후 재설치 진행해주십시오.
