[Mobile Specialized Service]

1. Issuance of certificate documents: You can receive it directly by e-mail or fax of your choice.

2. Long-term insurance claim: You can take a picture of the claim document with your smartphone camera and file it right away.

3. Mileage photo transmission: If you have mileage car insurance, you can send photos directly to your smartphone.

4. Insurance contract loan: You can easily apply for and repay at any time.

In accordance with the Information and Communications Network Act, Meritz Fire & Marine provides information on items necessary for service use and requests access rights.
If you do not agree, you may be restricted from using the app service.

1. Required access rights
- Phone permission: Call customer center, check app forgery
- Storage space permission: running antivirus for virus scan

-If the app is forged or rooted, it cannot be used normally.

-You can use it only with an official certificate.

-For other inquiries, please contact our Customer Support Center (1566-7711).

[What to do if the app installation/update fails]

1. If an error message appears
1) Run smartphone settings > Applications > Select 'Google Play Store'
2) Click the 'Delete Data' button in the 'Storage' menu
3) After turning off the power of the smartphone and restarting it, proceed with the installation of 'Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance official app'

2. If the standby state continues
1) Select your account on the main screen of 'Google Play Store'
2) Go to Update tab in My Apps/Games menu
3) 'Stop' all items waiting to be updated and proceed with installing 'Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance official app'

3. If the message to update is continuously displayed
1) Run smartphone settings > Applications > Select 'Google Play Store'
2) Click the 'Delete Data' button in the 'Storage' menu
3) After turning off the power of the smartphone and restarting it, proceed with the installation of 'Meritz Fire & Marine Insurance official app'

어제까지 잘 되던게 갑자기 루팅된 디바이스라고 뜨면서 작동이 안 됩니다. 루팅은 전혀 하지 않았는데 말이죠.

What’s new

[앱 설치/업데이트가 안될 경우 조치 방법]
1.오류 메시지가 나올 경우
1)스마트폰 설정 실행>애플리케이션>'Google Play 스토어' 선택
2)'저장공간' 메뉴의 '데이터 삭제' 버튼 클릭
3)스마트폰 전원 종료후 재시작한 다음 '메리츠화재 공식 앱' 설치 진행
2.대기 상태가 지속될 경우
1)Google Play 스토어' 메인화면에서 계정 선택
2)내 앱/게임 메뉴의 업데이트 탭으로 이동
3)업데이트 대기중인 항목을 모두 '중지'하고 '메리츠화재 공식 앱' 설치 진행
