Why do you suddenly ask for verification (본인 인증) to order food?? This app used to have the option to just order without an account and pay at delivery. It was great. Suddenly now it's not possible anymore. Apparently having a Korean phone number is not enough..you also need that impossible verification that doesn't even work for everyone, even if all the info is correct. What is the reason for this?? So unnecessary. Won't be using anymore.

나이스~ I just wish they had a tracker to see when they pick up items and will arrive like 'Coupang Eats' and 'Shuttle'. It would make it so much better. Or if the 'On The Way' text were more consistent. I only get it for some restaurants and not all. It would be nice to know when they are leaving the restaurant with my order, so I can at least have an estimated time. The time on the app is not accurate enough. Sometimes 10 minutes late. Sometimes they deliver 20-30 minutes earlier (어제 했어요)

It really depends on where you order from. But in general, the service is reliable amd quick other than one experience with Lotteria which took ONE hour when it said 30 minutes, and the shop is just a 2 minute walk away. Sometimes some shops sell out of their best foods, so you may want to order earlier or you will not be able to order your favorite food from the restaurant.
