Ratings and reviews

Don't bother if you're a foreigner. It did work a few weeks with overseas credit cards, but now their service with foreign cards doesn't work anymore. It simply states an error after you try to submit the credit card info. And if you want to try again, you will be blocked for some time due to repeated SMS confirmation of the order. Extremely frustrating using internet services, apps, etc. in Korea if you're a foreigner.

The delivery system is so much smoother than Coupang Eats. Their estimated delivery times are accurate. *Edit* 1 year later and this app is much worse. The delivery times are heavily delayed, but they don't tell you that until after they have your order and your money. They also don't have English customer service. So, I don't recommend this app to people who can't speak Korean. I paid extra for single 20 minute delivery, and after the order started, it was updated to 80 minutes!!

Sick of this app! 😡 It fails to make payments on the #1 local carrier. No matter what they say, they make the app worse and worse with every so called 'update'. It's virtually unusable. Will find new restaurants on better apps from now on.
