2. Reservation: Convenient reservation function for rooms, breakfast & buffet, shuttle bus, Ocean World, Ski & Board, Snowy Land, Water Park, Ocean Play, Ocean Adventure, etc.

3. Brand introduction: Provides information on all business sites of Sono Hotels & Resorts nationwide (Sono Felice, Sol Beach, Sono Calm, Sono Belle, Sono Moon, Vivaldi Park, Del Pino)

4. Smart Plus: Smart services that can be used when visiting the resort, such as smart rooms, delivery malls, and room service

5. Membership: Coupons with various benefits and My Page information

6. Customer Center: Customer communication service including Q&A, lost items, etc.


In compliance with Article 22-2 (Consent to Access Rights) of the Information and Communications Network Act, which came into effect on March 23, 2017, we inform you of the access rights required when using app services as follows.

For Android 6.0+ users:
[Required access rights]
- Telephone (making calls to resorts and facilities)
- Device and app history (detect network errors when running app)
- WIFI connection information (network connection check)
[Optional access rights]
Unauthorized permissions are not acquired, and even if you do not grant permission, there are no restrictions on use other than the functions related to the permission you have denied.
- Storage space (access album when using customer center)
- Camera (take images when using the customer center)


For users below Android 6.0:
[Required access rights]

- Storage space (access album when using customer center)
- Camera (QR code recognition, image capture when using customer center)



※ For versions lower than Android 6.0, individual consent to each item is not possible, so mandatory access consent is required for all items.
Therefore, we recommend checking whether the operating system of the terminal you are using can be upgraded to Android 6.0 or higher and upgrading.
However, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access permissions agreed to in the existing app do not change.
To reset access rights, you must delete the app you have already installed and then reinstall it.
