You can check the following information using the real transaction price information of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport.
1. You can check the actual transaction information of Seoul/ metropolitan cities (Incheon/Daejeon/Daegu/Busan/Ulsan/Gwangju)/Sejong/Gyeonggi/Jeonbuk/Chungcheongnam-do/Jeju-do since 2006.
2. It is possible to check the highest price information for each apartment/square type in each area traded since 2006, the latest 100 actual transaction prices for the apartment type, and the highest price and difference.
3. From March 28, 2020, you can check the registered daily transaction price/report price/cancellation history. (All information is updated between 6 and 9 am on Tuesday to Saturday.)
4. Data is collected using the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's real transaction API, so errors and updates depending on the collection time may be different from other apps.
5. You can screen capture the ranking list.
6. You can check simple view/detail view/average chart/recent 10 charts.
