About this app

By using Bizfleet, you can check the availability of corporate vehicles anytime, anywhere via your mobile phone and reserve/use them, and you can control the vehicle (doors, emergency lights, horn) through the app without a separate vehicle key.


▶ Main functions
- Search and reserve available vehicles
- Vehicle control via smart key (available 10 minutes before start of operation)
- Vehicle return processing and rental extension
- Check reservation details and change or cancel reservations
- Check past vehicle usage history


▶ Information on app access rights
The following access rights are required to use Bizfleet services.

Required access rights
* Location: Permission to control the vehicle via Bluetooth.
* Notification: Permission to receive notification of vehicle reservation time.
* Battery optimization exception: Permission to receive notifications in the background.

Select access rights
* Camera: Permission to upload photos taken with a camera.
* Storage space: Permission to upload photos in the gallery.

※ You can use the service even if you do not agree to allow optional access rights, but use of functions that require such rights may be restricted.

* You can sign up and use Bizfleet only after receiving approval from the corporation that uses the Ubikan vehicle control service.
