About this app

This is the official mobile student ID/ID app serving Cheongwoon University campus members (undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty and staff).

It can be used as a QR student ID card with enhanced security, and on models equipped with NFC (ex. most models Galaxy S3 and above), it can also be used as an NFC student ID function.
※ If you can use NFC student ID, please set [Turn on NFC function] - [Card mode], check the antenna location on the back of your cell phone, and tag it to the authentication terminal.

■ Mobile student ID/ID issuance procedures and precautions
Run the mobile student ID/ID card app (Mobile ID), log in with your integrated information system account (ID, PW), and touch the issuance request button to request issuance. It will be issued immediately.
① Login required after installing the mobile student ID/ID app (mobile ID)
② Installation of Woori Bank’s ‘One Touch Personal’ (This smart campus system is a project carried out with investment from Woori Bank, so installation of the app once is required)
③ After running the mobile student ID/ID card app, receive an authentication number (4 digits) via SMS and issue it after authentication.
※ In order to issue a mobile ID, you must verify your identity, and for this purpose, your mobile phone number is collected/sent to (https://smart.chungwoon.ac.kr).
※ You must have an integrated information system account to use it.
※ Check whether the mobile phone number entered during the issuance process matches the mobile phone number in the integrated information system.
※ Mobile student ID issuance is possible only if you have Woori Bank student ID card issuance history. (During the new semester and at the beginning of the semester, mobile student ID card selection is available. If there is no student ID card issuance history after a certain period of time, use is automatically suspended.

■ Guide to using the smart campus system using the mobile student ID/ID app
1) School bus reservation system service
- Charging/payment (bank transfer method), route inquiry, reservation and reserved bus location inquiry
- Authentication possible with mobile student ID (NFC method or QR method) when confirming boarding

2) Use the library
- Conveniently use your mobile student ID (QR/NFC) at the library gate entry, manned/unmanned loan and return, and unmanned seat issuance kiosk in the reading room.
※ [Note] You can use the seat assignment function in the library app to assign reading room seats.

※ If you have replaced your cell phone, log in to the Smart Campus system homepage (https://smart.chungwoon.ac.kr/), go to Mobile Student ID > My Mobile ID > Request for Device Change, go to [Apply for Device Change], and then reinstall on the new cell phone and issue it. You must receive it.
