It is a service that supports you.

[Connected] was developed to efficiently perform heart health case management.

It's not an open space for everyone right now. Heart health case management is provided only to those who have been selected as the subject of case management while participating in the clinical research (project number HC19C0307) being conducted from 2020 by the Kyung Hee University Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation and the Korea Institute of Health and Medical Care.

Self-report scale: You can check your mental health status for depression, insomnia, anxiety, and alcohol use.
Notifications and Information: You can get useful information related to mental health.
Case management communication space: You can exchange 1:1 chat and text messages with the case manager in charge.
Greetings: You can see the message of the research director.
