Create trusting relationships with customers and succeed in sales with ‘Tcall’!

● A pop-up when making a call that confirms customer information in advance when making or receiving a call.
· You can check the customer name, notes, hashtags, and number of calls in advance before and after the call.

● Listen to call recordings to listen to previous calls and check history with customers
· You can play recordings of calls with customers at any time and conduct sales activities based on previous call history.

● Callback notifications so you don’t miss out on sales opportunities
· If there is a missed call due to a meeting or other work, the missed call will be notified again through App Push after the callback notification interval set by the administrator.

● Easily find and manage customers with contact information
· You can set notes and #hashtags for each phone number and manage employee and customer information together.

· Telephone, contact information: number/output of calls and caller identification
· Call log: Displays call count/outgoing record
· Contacts: Display saved contact information
· Storage space: Save and use call recording files
Notification: Notification of callback need, text conversion and call summary completion notification displayed
· Show above other apps: Show pop-up visible when making a call
· Basic caller ID display and spam app: Display pop-up when calling
