Ratings and reviews

1) Impossible to login whether using phone or PASS despite having been Hana bank customer for 13 years and using 3 other apps from this bank. 2) Korean language only, I could understand, after all we are in Korea. But 3) Since it doesn't allow taking screenshot that could be used with Papago or Google translate in order to understand the numerous and recurrent pop-up, it is impossible to know what is wrong. Conclusion: Total garbage.

Developers need to update app. Built-in root checker is failing on Android 12.1. EDIT: They have updated the app quickly and stuck to their timeline. Great!

I'm a member of this for a year now but after I changed my phone, upon logging in, it says that I'm not registered even logging in thru 하나1Q페이 and sms verification. It say's that I'm not registered
