About this app

The Korea Medical Panel is a joint survey conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation and the Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs, a national research institute under the Prime Minister. It was approved by the National Statistical Office as National Approved Statistics No. 920012 for effective design of national health policy, Produce comprehensive statistics. We have established an online survey system so that you can conveniently participate in the survey through mobile apps and web (PC).

1. Survey Participation and Data Use Agreement
You can fill out a consent form to participate in the Korea Medical Panel Survey and use data.

2. Online household account book
The online household account book can record emergency/hospitalized/outpatient medical use and upload receipts. The information of the hospital and clinic visited, the reason for the visit, the means of transportation and transportation expenses, and the amount of payment are recorded in the household account book. Upload a photo of your doctor's office receipt, pharmacy receipt for prescription drug dispensing, or pharmacy envelope.

3. Online Additional Survey
You can participate in the Korea Medical Panel Supplementary Survey in the form of an online questionnaire.

4. Upload year-end tax settlement
You can upload year-end tax settlement medical expenses expenditure details.
