■ What is Hello Ring?
1) Various Background Sounds
You can create a sound file by selecting a background sound suitable for your message or industry from over 50 background sounds.
2) Message Creation
Freely compose your desired message, create a sound file, and share your desired information with the other party through a call ringtone.
3) Free Settings
With five sound settings, you can freely configure the day of the week, time of day, holidays, and more.
4) Free Play
The Hello Ring Off feature allows you to play a standard color ringtone or call ringtone in addition to the Hello Ring on holidays, etc.
■ Service Usage: Subscribe to the Hello Ring add-on service (monthly fee of KRW 3,300 (VAT included)). Basic Hello Ring is provided upon subscription. If you are using Color Ring, subscribe to Hello Ring Basic (monthly fee of KRW 2,310 (VAT included)).
■ Recommended for:
- Online store sellers who use a regular mobile phone for customer service.
- Those who want to provide customer guidance through call ring tones for sales/sales purposes.
- Those who want a unique call ring tone other than the standard Color Ring.
■ Content Usage Guide
- Basic Voice (Mechanical Voice) Production: Free.
- Voice Voice Production: Separate production fee depending on character length.
- Customer Service: 1:1 inquiry through the "Customer Service" section within the app. Consultation Hours: Weekdays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Closed on weekends and holidays).
