You can back up and delete personal data such as contacts and files remotely after losing your phone.

Where is my lost phone? Remotely access your lost phone to activate the camera and check the front and rear views. Check the surroundings to locate your phone, and if someone finds it, request recovery through a video call.

# Notice All File Access Permission for core functions
To provide the core services of backing up, restoring, and securely deleting lost phone data (such as photos, videos, documents), the ‘MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE’ permission is required on Android 11 or higher.
- Auto/manual backup and deletion of photos, videos, files.
- Data recovery on request.
- File access only via user’s remote command. ‘Manage External Storage’ permission is required for these features, used only to support core functions per Google Play policy.

This service partners with carriers and charges 2,200 KRW/month (VAT included) on your mobile bill. Cancel on the signup day to avoid charges.

- Contacts: Backup contact data
- Phone: Show incoming/outgoing call screen on lock screen
- Files and Media: Backup, restore and delete files and media
- Camera: Capture photos/videos of surrounding location
- Microphone: Transmit voice to the finder
- Location: Track lost phone location during lock mode
- Draw over other apps: Provide lock screen during lost phone mode

※ Required Permissions (Android 11 ▲)
This permission is mandatory for core service functions (backup/deletion of lost phone data). This permission is used strictly for data protection in case of loss.

- Notifications: Lost phone protection service alerts
- Photos: Backup/restore/delete photo data
- Videos: Backup/restore/delete video data

※ Optional Permissions (Common)
- Accessibility API: Used to detect ‘power off attempts’ even when the app is not active, by collecting package names of running apps without storing the data
- Accessibility permission is optional and can be revoked anytime in phone settings. Revoking may limit some functions.
