With the 1&1 Control Center app, you can use all the advantages of your personal customer area on your smartphone or tablet - anywhere you have internet access. Always keep an eye on your data consumption, your call minutes and the costs incurred. For example, view your customer data and invoices, extend your contract, instruct us to port your phone number or move your internet connection. Helpful instructions and answers to frequently asked questions will support you with your contract and all 1&1 products!

Important functions at a glance:

View your customer details and change your username, password or bank details.

■ Call up invoices
View your invoices with itemized details.

■ Check consumption
Keep an eye on your mobile data volume and consumption costs at all times.

■ Manage contracts
Find out about your contracts and booked options. Extend your contract or switch to a new tariff.

■ Set up 1&1 email addresses
Change your email password or set up new email addresses and email forwarding.

■ Settings for SIM cards and roaming

I got scammed on false promises on a cell data contract where I ended up paying 250% of the promised price. I was reassured on the call that I understood everything correctly about the contract. When I noticed I was paying too much, I was told it's my fault for not noticing this in their email. I've also been waiting on my fiber Internet connection that has been available in my house for about half a year now and they never know what's going on. Very unprofessional.

Update 31.03.2025: I was transferred to the new 1&1 5G network and I have almost no network (phone, Internet). Support can't help me either. ___ 1&1 seems to ve very complicated. I wanted to transfer my esim from my Pixel 7 to my Pixel 8 Pro, and the Pixel has this option, but it is not supported for 1&1 esims. Now I've had to order a new QR Code through the portal that will be sent by post. Which year are we in? This is definitely not 2023, this is a very bad user experience.
