the app UI buttons/touch points are not responsive. Very aggrevating when you press/select and nothing happens no matter are hard/soft or short/long you hold it. Could never figure out how to view live video. Sometime it opened to it and sometimes it did not and I could not get it to start. The app was so frustrating I'm sending both 3-link cameras back.

Camera works great, however beyond that the experience is confusing ie it's never sent a notification, spot light doesn't come on automatically, and the cloud subscription the app isn't helpful at all with any of those. also if there's a feature to have the camera working in the background I've been unable to find it.

Thi app has two major flaws when used with my 3-link security camera. The first is that the battery indicator does refresh. No big deal, except it's mounted out of reach on my garage, and I'd like to know it's keeping a charge. The second issue is in between uses it forgets the camera and tries to get you to reinstall it, but the installation fails. You have use app settings to clear ALL data from it and sign back in to access camera. Please fix!
