The DigiLocker app works fine for storing documents, but their customer support is very poor. There is no toll-free number or proper helpdesk for users to contact in case of issues. If something goes wrong with login or verification, it's really hard to get help. The app should provide a dedicated helpline or toll-free number for quick support. Very disappointing service experience!

I tried to load a document in DigiLocker, but I keep getting an error saying: Fetching Failed — Entered information does not match, please try again. No record available in issuer database for given document parameters. Even though I entered the correct details, the app keeps showing this error and doesn’t fetch the document. This makes the experience very frustrating. Please fix this issue so users can access their documents smoothly.

I had a very disappointing experience while trying to register on DigiLocker. The registration process is unnecessarily complicated and full of glitches The OTPs often don’t arrive on time, and sometimes the site or app freezes midway, forcing me to start over. Even after entering all my correct details, the system repeatedly showed errors like “invalid Aadhaar” or “something went wrong.” when I had already registered my adhaar card but app shows that I have already registered but not home page
