I would give this app a 0 stars if I could. Their support team is ridiculous to work with. How can it take almost two weeks to not resolve an issue through email, and they don't have a call contact? Also, you have to explain things many times. My guidance counselor was also contacting them. I was applying to a college through the Common App, and I couldn't access my application. I had to pick a different college that I could apply through their website because early action was close.

A great app and a great platform. The only issue is the format for adding Accuplacer scores. My scores were not segregated into the categories shown on Common App for the Accuplacer test, so I couldn't enter my marks. Please update the format or provide more information on how to enter the scores in 2022.

Works great but the deadlines should correspond with what's seen on the school site and the recommendation process should be made easier for recommenders. They should be able to write their letter on the app and not have to write and upload from somewhere else, that's unnecessary stress. Apart from that, works great so far.
