Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. My experience with this app has been extremely frustrating. It keeps showing “No record found” for every certificate, even though the certificates are valid. I have been trying for one week with no solution. I also tried raising queries through the help/support section, but it repeatedly shows “No network”, making it impossible to get assistance. I honestly don’t understand how the same issue can happen repeatedly. This app has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and frustra

Hey please stop breaking the app with constant non-tested updates. It was working fine few updates ago. Now I always face login issues. And if I try to add any documents, it shows error most of the time. And even if you manage to add a document, it won't open. Sometimes the problem is on the app and sometimes on the stored document sever. Please fix these issues ASAP :⁠-⁠)

When we try to fetch degree certificate for married woman whose last name has changed after marriage, the system gives an error stating name mismatched, Please try again with correct data, However there's no option to edit the name while fetching the degree certificate. I tried emailing but the support email address is not working.
