Missimg food items!!! Worst I've experienced with online shopping. I've had trouble non stop and nothing but stress, got my shopping and half of the food was missing and it was all the dinner items and meat. Called asda and was difficult to get a refund. Had to wait a week for a refund, so a week without dinner!!! Until I got the money back to buy dinner items. What happened to all the missing items. Also app won't let me buy anything anymore, glitches no stop. Can't conform orders, waste.

This app has become really buggy. I try to open the app, nothing just a blank screen. Close and reopen, the same. Restart my phone and occasionally it helps. The previousore stripped down version was fine. All these additional ads and banners are just clogging it up and it's really annoying. I'm currently trying to check today's pending delivery and the app is just not having it. I shouldn't have to restart my phone or uninstall and reinstall to get it to work.

What have you done to this app? It was hard enough to use before. Now, it throws up technical issues every time I try to book a delivery, crashes halfway through orders, and losing half the basket content. On the few occasions the app does work, the interface is terrible. It's hard to find my regular orders as the feed is full of suggested items that I have zero interest in. Think we'll be switching to Sainsbug.
