Terrible customer service lately. I have been having a ridiculous amount of connection and in-game pop up messages "game is experience issues". I click the support button and fill out ticket more than a week ago was my 1st. I have now left 4 tickets, there were problems in the past and they were kind enough to at least respond and try to work it out. Now I don't even think they care any more since I already spent money. Gonna stop wasting my time, energy and money. I was having fun!

Really fun game at first, especially when they are throwing at the new stuff at you. But it quickly devolves into pay to play; I can put in a couple hours each day (which feels like a lot for a phone game) for multiple weeks and still can't get any of my people past rank 5 at lvl 50. Like I said, fun game. Looks great and is very robust, but progress is so slow and painful unless you pay for it.

Fun game that is played over years and any attempt to force progression requires you to spend. In general it can be played free to play and still have a ton of fun and progress but the developers are predators. They have proven that they can still make money without stooping to new lows but they continue to use scummy tactics and phycological tactics that aren't really required. If you haven't started playing this game steer full clear and don't let anyone you love go near it.
