Ratings and reviews

Something is wrong with the app. I should have received an email about my reward and never did. So I haven't gotten my reward yet. I tried to contact through a message on the "Contact Us" section and every time I click the send button, it says "Something went wrong" and freezes up. *Update* I have changed my star rating from 1 to 4 stars. The customer service was wonderful at escalating my issue with the rewards. App is still glitching though.

Good - but depends on the survey host! I have been using it for quite some time now to take part in activities for one particular brand who always pay well for completion and am therefore happy with my own participation. However, the app itself is essentially a tool so individual experiences (particularly around payouts etc.) will depend entirely on the specific organisation that is hosting the surveys/activities you are participating in. This is likely to account for the variable reviews.

This app and website is full of liars!!! I wasted an hour and a half of my time on a "zoom call study" that said I'd get $125 incentive. Needless to say, I have not received anything. Emailed them a week ago and still have not received any response in regard to this. I highly doubt I'll see the money at all. I wouldn't trust any of the positive reviews. I'll change my review IF they ACTUALLY pay me... But I'm not holding my breath.
