Pledging gold is easy, but releasing it can be difficult. At the time of release, banks often insist that you repay the full loan amount in one payment, and they may not accept cash. Since UPI transactions are limited to ₹1 lakh, this can cause trouble. Even after booking a slot, when you visit the bank, they may say they haven’t received the mail from Rupeek, and you might end up waiting more than 30 minutes. For urgent needs, it’s better to keep your gold with Muthoot or other finance company.

the Application/ provider is great when you apply for fresh loan. - rate/gm is highest But... when it comes for renewal and compared to other players; - pay stamp duty on whole loan amount and not the renewed amount - renewal amount comes a day after the renewal amount paid - You have to pay the renewal amount separately, compared to other players which makes the whole operational experience a bit cumbersome and untidy - Customer support is low and app is slow

very very pathetic service from rupeek gold loan app , the gave use the top up option of 120000 and they sended our money to some other account without giving a confirmation call, without any OTP how can they send our amount to some other person, and they are blaming us , saying that we have changed the account number. they are not taking any action please for god sake don't keep ur gold in this fraud company.
