The idea behind Speedhome is good. However, this app is terrible. It has a filter feature, but it doesn't work properly. It brings you a result outside of your query. And another issue is that most of the units listed on the app are either rented out or their landlords do not want to rent them out to some races.

I’m not satisfied with my experience using Speedhome because they rely on AI to interpret property details, and it often provides inaccurate information. For example, I listed a property in Puncak Alam, but the AI incorrectly listed accessibility details for the Sentul area. This has caused multiple issues, including tenants setting appointments and traveling long distances to the wrong location. It's frustrating, as many people have been misled by my listing.

The communication is only one way traffic. The reply is from AI and everytime respond from different number. Hard to reach the channel that can offer the support and respond
