- You need a smartphone or tablet with an internet connection.
- The use of the Vodafone GigaTV app on the go is limited to Germany and all EU member states, a suitable mobile device with a data connection is required. Additional costs may arise when using content via mobile devices.

- A maximum of 3 devices can be registered with the Vodafone GigaTV app. A parallel use of content is possible on a maximum of 2 mobile receiving devices. When accessing an offer for temporary use (VoD), parallel use of the same content is not possible.

- For customers with a Vodafone GigaTV 4K Box, the available channels may differ between the GigaTV 4K Box and the app and vary depending on the connection (WLAN, mobile network).

I think I just created a second account without any contracts to the same account number where I already have everything set up. This app is garbage and does not work at all. In the end I got a back screen with a black font saying "error" and couldn't do anything anymore. Now I need to contact the support to see what happened here and if my account is now broken...

Can you please reset? Or tell me how to eras my attempts to register. Nothing works after over 1 hour of trying. It always sees an error with name and password.

Downloaded the app from Playstore but the app tells me it can't open and that it wouldn't be downloaded from the Playstore
