Ratings and reviews

Inconvenient time off requests for anyone who works longer than 8 hours. The browser allows for shifts greater than 8 hours, the app does not. So I have to submit 8 hours (even though 10 is an option, because it'll yell at me for trying to submit 10), just so my supervisor can cancel it and submit a corrected version (10 hours) on my behalf. I get that you service other companies, but this is ridiculous.

Every day when I start my shift, there are several barriers to clocking in. Either it's "you need to reenable Biometrics" or "your password has expired", neither of which is true because when I just give up and close the app, and then try again hours later all these things have magically resolved themselves. It's designed to waste your time trying to clock in. Yet another wage-theft scheme.

Garbage app. If you are able to navigate this convoluted app, when you finally find the thing you're looking for like your w-2, it just spins and doesn't ever open the w-2 form. Anytime I try to access what I need through the app I end up having to wait until I get to work and access it there. I don't know why I can't login from home through a computer. I'd be fine downloading what I need to my phone then emailing myself but this company's too lazy. 1 year later, no fixes.
