I've been dealing with a complete lack of internet connection from Rain for over 10 days now. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, nothing has been resolved. Our 5G router consistently shows no signal, rendering it useless. As someone who works remotely, this situation is completely unacceptable. I've logged multiple complaints under reference number 18129211, yet there's been no action taken. Considering canceling my subscription altogether. If you're considering Rain, think twice.

I've been using rain for a while now never had any issues until recently where the app freezes and kicks me out whenever I try accessing it. I can't even make a payment due to it's dis functionality. I've been trying to pay for 2 days now still I can't 🤦🏽♀️ I tried updating but it says it's already the latest version. Plus my connectivity is at an all time disappointing low I can't even deal.

The application ceases to function when encountering an issue, making it challenging to ascertain whether Rain is experiencing a problem. I have sent an email on Friday due to the internet being slow and also being unable to login to the App, but there was no feedback or reference/ticket number, so, actually Rain is no where to be found, and internet is extremely slow
