I've been dealing with a complete lack of internet connection from Rain for over 10 days now. Despite numerous calls to their customer service, nothing has been resolved. Our 5G router consistently shows no signal, rendering it useless. As someone who works remotely, this situation is completely unacceptable. I've logged multiple complaints under reference number 18129211, yet there's been no action taken. Considering canceling my subscription altogether. If you're considering Rain, think twice.

Good day. I've been using rain for sometime now but recently the network it's poor and most of the time it's not connecting, it's been 3 weeks struggling with connection. When I open the app it's automatically sign me out. I even switch off the wifi and remove it from plug and put it back and switch it on network connection still the same. Worse I'm working at home and I really need wifi. Please assist

This is the worst service provider ever. I have been struggling for months to get a number ported with the activation of the Rain One contract. I haven't been able to use the phone unless it's connected to wifi. I've sent 10 emails to the support and requested a call back multiple times and still no one has called me. I will be canceling my contract with them end of this month.
