This was my favorite wallet. Mostly because of the staking options they offered. The were definitely some glitches, but the customer service team was responsive and helpful. And, most of all, I thought it was secure.... Until I got hacked. Along with thousands of other people, I lost thousands of dollars worth of crypto. Nearly three months later, they still haven't offered any explanation of what happened, and have been disappointingly silent about it.

Beware! The fees are insanely high! Edit: thanks for the response. But your response is misleading at best and a lie at worst. Anyone who tries to convert a coin to another one can see that you take a fee but then the problem is the exchange rate! Just try to change a coin to another one and back to the original one and other than the fees, you'll be lucky if you get at most about half of your original coins back. I learned that the hard way by just trusting that "fee" you are taking about!

Hi Parham! Our network fees are set in such a way to ensure fast and secure blockchain confirmation. Atomic Wallet doesn’t take anything on top, the fee is paid to miners entirely. Fees for exchanges and buying operations are always included in the estimated that you see before the transaction. You see what you get and we believe that is fair. -KA

This was not user friendly at all. I bought tron and then converted it to another app. I then tried to buy more crypto on this app and it would not approve the purchase. I re-verified my information and It still did not work. I LOST alot of money on investments because I could not get verified again with all the same information. I contacted support and there was no real help and no follow up. I still cannot get in to make purchases. Very frustrating!
