The new app is clunky and takes a lot longer to do simple tasks that could be accomplished in a couple of clicks on the old app, such as transferring from accounts. Not to mention the load times are way longer with the new app then the old app, and sometimes it fails to load which can only be fixed by forced stopping the app. I'm not sure why companies continue to "fix" things that are not broken.

I'm not very computer savvy, but the people at the phone center are so great! The online banking has gotten much more difficult to use than before. If it wasn't for the nice people at the office on the phone I couldn't bank here. I know that ACFCU has to fight the hackers and cover thieves but it's getting hard to get your own money out. Thanks to the Employees!
