ADAMA TOC is a fleet management app imbued with all the facilities right from Vehicle order creation, Vehicle tracking and Vehicle delivery. It gives a daily information on the actual status of the Vehicles. It is a very simple tool to handle all the logistics activities starting from plant to destination point (warehouse). This app is going to integrate all the logistics stake holders under one Umbrella and will remove impediments arises due to manual lousy daily call and emails such as on selection of transporters, Vehicle requirement and follow up on vehicle delivery situation thus a huge time saving. This is a one big step have been taken towards digitalizing ADAMA Logistics. It is is going to digitalize all the process of Logistics activities and solving the major challenge of hard copies of POD (Proof of delivery). The digitalization will also help in minimization of error and revamping the efficacy of Logistics thus a better value chain can be visualized. It will also help in judging the transporter performance through a transporter score card.
This app has got the features of sending important notifications and alerts to all the stake holders and red flag will be raised at all the critical points. Every minute and small details will be captured in the app fruiting into an easy-reports download which can be quickly send to management as per requirement on a single click. A live dashboard will be visible for “higher ups” for checking the regular updates. It has 3 major stake holders-
1. Manufacturing Unit- The team here will generate the orders, receive the Vehicles, load and dispatch it to the destination. All the information will be captured in app by respective process owner.
2. Logistics Partner- A separate interface has been created for our Logistics partners who will be capturing the information right from Vehicle placement, tracking and delivery.
3. Depot (Warehouse)- Here the team will unload, check the Quantity and Quality of the stock and digitalise the acknowledgement.
