The ADT Alert application from ADT, part of Johnson Controls, to control the security of your home or business. It allows to activate or deactivate the alarm from anywhere, request clips on demand or see the status of the installation among many other things.

Works OK I guess... Not the best user experience ever, but it seems to more or less work. It hasn't been updated since 2016, so you'll probably encounter glitches and slow responsiveness every now and then. Either way, the basics work, and that's more or less enough for me. Edit: they just updated it recently. They added a few things that are welcome, although there are still a few quirks, and it's still veeery slow to connect to my house (even though I have a very fine 300/300 Mbps connection)

It takes a lot of time to "connect". Also an improvement is to have a button to put 'away' and double tap to set the countdown to 0. Other than that, a good app

Excellent at letting me know when the alarm is set and disarmed, although the video feeds from the cameras could be quicker (although is that to do with my internet speed?). Overall, very pleased.
