About this app

The AEA Events mobile application allows you to view the schedule, presentations, exhibitors, and speaker details from the conference. Users can take notes adjacent to the presentation slides real time during presentations and draw and highly directly on the slides inside the app. Note-taking is also available in the posters and exhibitors pages as well. Additionally, users can share information with attendees and colleagues with the in app messaging feature, tweeting, and emailing.

Ratings and reviews

Better than last year but room for improvement. Took a long time to figure out how to access slides and the slides wouldn't appear until after I backed out of the session so I had to send a second email to presenters letting them know that I could access the slides after all. Did not save favorites, confusing integration with calendar (events would show up multiple times), searching for sessions by tropical interest group was not intuitive.

Not searchable, only browsable. Text is tiny and does not allow one to increase it in size. However, appreciate the ability to favorite items and have them show up on "My Schedule."

It has some glitches. I uploaded my photo and ensured the yes boxes were selected to share within the profile and the photo doesn't load and when I go back in the selections are back to no.
