Crashing, Hard to check in, no support 👎 I tried to check in & got a pop up: I had 48 hours to claim an offer i won. I showed it to the bartender, who said she'd never seen that b4 & didn't know how to claim it. we asked other employees but nope. I read FAQ & nothing. I went to the online website & still nothing. the message disappeared, the app keeps crashing & rarely checks me in. sent 2 emails for help with no reply. deleted & re-download didn't help

If you are considering downloading this app just know that you are going to lose a lot of money in the future. Slot machines in Illinois are absolutely rigged to give you one big payout and take a lifetime of money out of you. Nothing you can do can change that, you can't be lucky, you're not smarter than they are, this company and all of the slot machines know exactly how to take every dime you have. Do not download it do not play slots, you will thank me later.

Sometimes I can check in at home, miles from a legit location, but can't check in when I'm at an establishment. It crashes, asks me for my sign in, says my sign in is invalid, then displays my check ins. Random, bewildering functionality. It could use some tweaking.
