This app used to work. Now every time I select a video from my gallery, all I get is "please download file before selection" which makes absolutely no sense considering, as I already stated, I selected the video directly from my gallery. The video is literally on a micro SD card. The file is already there so there's literally nothing to download. Never had that problem before. Too bad. I loved this app.

took forever to load, then led me through a series of confusing steps with no clear directions. I only want to capture a single frame and save it as jpg or png whatever, so for this purpose the app is just too complex. For more intricate projects/goals, I'm sure it would be fine. It actually just crashed on me so ya, that happened too.

menu items at the top are all fake and not a menu only an image of me I options, so I can edit or save edited photos so it makes the app useless as a tool. And to boot I paid the "pro" prices and that didn't seem to give me anything better than removing ads.
