Why does this always happen? I get a artificial intelligence app to learn some facts, But no! I have to pay for a free trial, I used this Ai for a long time for like 10 months one day I have to pay to talk to a digital robot! It used to be 2.99 so that's 3 dollars, and I'm like okay that's fair, but today! I have to pay 13 dollars? Why can't the old one come back when we could say anything without having only 3 messages, no paying and no free trials, we want the old one back!

This app doesn't work right. I want a refund . I paid for unlimited time, and after a few months, the app is very slow and always send you this message after you use it.To continue using our app, please update to the latest version by visiting a store outside of China. Unfortunately, updates are no longer available within China. I WANT MY REFUND

I have recently updated my AI, the problem I am having is that when asked a question I cannot see the reply. It often shows that the AI is typing but the results end up being a blank screen. I have made many reports to the technical team but to no avail. Can anyonehelp please? I have uninstalled and reinstalled it but I'm still having the same problem.
