APCU has been very helpful. You can call them right through the app and they are always very helpful. You can pay others through the app. Their app is easy to use. I can make transfers between checking and savings easily. I love the mobile check deposit. It makes it very easy to deposit a check from anywhere. You can go to your settings and change any information, email, password, phone number, etc.

When I first got my credit union account , this app was great and helpful. But, now I truly believe it is used to pack the pockets of credit with fees. It sometimes takes for ever to show the correct amount that is in your count. It will say a payment went through when hasn't completely, then fine you later when amount is a few bucks off when they try to put it through. All I want to know is why does it take almost 3 days for a credit union checking account to pay a credit union credit card.

This app, much like the APCU itself, is on the decline. I don't know what happened over the past few years, I guess all the competent people retired or something, but trying to accomplish anything has become a matter of pulling teeth. Now the app with load less and less frequently. I login only to be greated with an error message about how my accounts have failed to load. Even when they do load I can only make transfers to other family members' APCU accounts about half the time. And my credit ca
