SPACES:

The SGA APP offers you two navigation spaces:

- A private space: simply identify yourself to securely access all the features related to the management of your bank accounts (consultation of accounts, management of bank cards, making transfers, etc.).

TO BENEFIT FROM THE SERVICE:

In agency: Contact your Customer Advisor who will guide you in activating the application.
Remotely: Submit a subscription request online from the application. A Multimedia Customer Advisor will contact you and assist you with activating the service.

The app has potential, but there is a recurring issue when trying to configure alerts for my current account. Specifically, when I attempt to set a threshold for “Superior account credit,” the app displays an error message: “An error has occurred, please try again later.” This happens consistently before I can even confirm the value, making the alert feature unusable. For a banking app, reliability is critical.

App itself is good, needs some features, but better than competition's apps, however, client service needs to be more serious on dealing with clients daily requests, for example whenever I ask money transfer from Ouargla agency through Hassi messaoud I struggle, and wait for extra days, also if you try to call them their phone in application is not up to date, it doesn't work, this became really annoying.

App is robust and never crashed. Neet looks too. However, it is missing basic features. Example: no way to remove payees. Also no feedback explaining failed transfer 😕. Doesn't contain a help page or even a link to guide.

Transmettre des documents justificatifs à la banque en cas de besoin.
Suivre l’évolution du traitement de la mise à jour de ses données personnelles (Tracking).
Recevoir des notifications à chaque changement de statut tout au long du traitement de sa demande.
