Residents can also flag important concerns that will go directly to the attention of Security and Property Management. Residents will also get an immediate notification when the task they requested is complete. The ARMS app also sends instant notifications when packages arrive, and communicates important building information, like down times and ongoing construction work. ARMS will transform community living by streamlining communications and tracking that everything is running smoothly.

3. You have to scan the QR code provided by management to pick up packages.

5. You can get management details, company details and contact details through ARMS (if they are using the ARMS app in building).
