- Deposit checks using your device camera.


Locations:

- Find nearby branches and ATMs using your device's built-in GPS. You can also search by zip code and address.


PreView:

- Quickly and easily view account balances without having to log in to your phone app.


Touch ID:

- Touch ID allows you to use a secure and more efficient sign-on experience using your fingerprint. (**only available on a device with Touch ID capability**)

Ratings and reviews

I'm having the same issues as everyone else. I gave 3 stars because, when the app works, it is great. Unfortunately, since the last update a few days ago, the app does not work... AT ALL. It immediately shuts down every time after I'm prompted to enter my user name and password. I enter the info and then the app closes. There are only a few ASE locations in my area so I really rely on this app. It is inconvenient for me to drive to one of the few branches available. Please fix it soon!

7/30 - yay! They finally got it fixed. I can access my accounts again. Although with the current update it doesn't look like anything has changed. 3 stars. 7/26 -The upgraded app malfunctions and will not open. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it and it still shut down. I received a response unable to open the app and then it asked me to report the problem. I've done that but now I can't access my bank account via mobile app which in today's day and age is a bit of a problem.

App works fine but realize it now has ase ads built in. Can we get a version that does not have any? I don't like the need to have to scroll the accounts window to get past advertising. 8/16/22 - accounts view in picture is misleading, there is an ASE ad on top in the app. Cannot change what is shown in snapshot view. Need to be able to customize. Previous version was arranged a lot better in my opinion.
