Ratings and reviews

Terrible. Still terrible 3 months later. Still terrible 9 months later. Still slower than the old app. The verification method is confusing. The lack of a decimal point when entering the amount is bizarre. The method to choose the account for the deposit is very confusing. This app was designed by someone who flunked the user interface course.

This app is not an improvement in speed over old app during mobile deposits. Vague notice: "does picture appear clear?" Not helpful. This seems to benefit the bank more than customer. USAA has an excellent mobile deposit, they should be the standard.
