So far this particular machine is very difficult to work, they don't even recommend the software that comes with it but using a different third party software which is very confusing and it's hard to find any instructions on this everything that I have learned I've learned it from YouTube videos. Wish I would have went with a different brand, one that explains everything a little better and provides more direction.

This app is brutal to deal with. virtually every time you zoom in or out, it suddenly pulls your image/vector to some random location. If you work around not zooming, the rest of the app is quite good.

edited: I am glad I kept this app on my phone, today's update seems to address all of the issues I mentioned in my negative review just a couple of days ago! I have not had time to use the machine since the update yet, but I can see that positioning and sizing on the canvas actually works now so I am very pleased! edit 1: after the developers response I can confirm the black box I was seeing was a rectangle which was auto filled, 10/10 support! very deserved 5 stars
