Incredibly unstable app. Trying to make a mobile deposit of a cheque can be nightmarish. Crash, crash, uninstall, reinstall, crash, crash, crash. Whoever signed off with the developer of this app should be fired. The whole app needs to be re-done with competent developers. They could use the money they saved from closing rural locations to pay for it. Awful app.

It works ok right up until it needs an update, which is frequent. Every update causes cached settings to dissappear, which includes biometric login. On top of that, the login goes to the browser to complete instead of in app, and without uninstalling it sometimes, it gets into a loop. It's extremely frustrating due to this. Having to redo all of this, biometrics included, earns it the 2 star rating, as otherwise the app is fine, though it would be nice to see more transactions details.

Actually useless, I haven't been able to log in to my accont for several months now. The app instantly crashes unless I open the login in my browser, but the browser login doesn't work either. And because the website won't let you log in on mobile (even using the desktop site) I am unable to access my account on my phone, period. So not only is the app nonfunctional, it bars me from even using my moblie browser to log in. I would give this 0 stars if I could.
