I am using OnePlus 5, only first time I can login. After that it's really mess. Not able login. It's locking me even if I provide passcode and by my thumb impression scan. If I want use it. I need to uninstall and install once again. Resolve this issue please. All Organization adopted this without testing properly.

Very much worthless and useless app. My organization installed and set this app with scanner but now I changed my mobile and reinstalled this app. Now I unable to use it. Password showing but when I put password to company pc then showing wrong password. I don't have the registration qr I registered manually but I can't opening my pc. Now my pc completely encrypted how can I open it anyhow I can't decrypt my pc. So don't make this types of worthless useless app.

suggestion: when i enter password in my system, it should just ask to approve in app. not to put otp. login procedure is too lengthy. or give a provision like qr code scanning. if i scan qr code on desktop it will automatically authorise me to login.
