Why have an app when Adani can't manage it? I have been struggling to use not only this app but also the website as both are not opening giving an error message. What is happening? Why Adani has to put hands in something where they aren't even able to manage the basic causing inconvenience to customers? People have to stand in long queues to get simple job done or pay the middlemen, which can be otherwise done online. Going by past reviews seems this has been an age old problem.

I made a payment through your app using GPay. The payment was successful, and the amount has been debited from my bank account. However, when I checked the Adani Electricity app, the portal did not verify the payment and is showing a transaction error.

Dear Customer, your payment will be reflected within 2 working days in the app. Additionally, an app update has been rolled out; please update your app to avoid such issues in the future.

terrible experience using this app. paid the bill via the app and money got deducted but it does not reflect on the app. the customer service was non responsive too. when trying to file a complaint via the app it was not getting registered and the app was closing as soon as i selected submit complaint. i updated the app to latest version but no difference. terrible app terrible experience. Please dont use this app.
