Application enables to time exercises. Application includes 3 types of elements: groups with attribute of number of groups repetition, breaks and exercises, both with attribute of time. These three elements could be ordered anyhow. Groups could be immeresed in each other. This is how you can set however complicately structured training. Most of colours is available in application. Application enables to set loudness independently on loudness of system (could be swittched off). It is possible to forbid screensaver when your exercise is running.
