Its the worse app i have in my phone. Ever since i downloaded the app, it never add up coins and i have made calls of iver #20k since i downloaded the app and i aswell receive numerous calls and burn data daily but the coins remain stagnant. The worse of all is that whenever i call the customer service number provided on the app, the lady answering it will just snub me and sometimes bounce my call. I called one day and she was like "am just wakiy up" really? If the app isn't working, end it.

Using this App is frustrating. Imagine a lot of people making same complain everyday and the issue is yet to be resolved. Putting ON your data connection, making calls all day without earning nothing isn't convinient at all. U keep telling people to contact u. I have called several times, even waste my own airtime calling u people but nothing has changed. U really need to improve ur App or just bring an end to it. It pains me that I wasted a lot of data and airtime calling you guys🤦🏽‍♂️.

The app was fantastic at first even though it usually got stuck after only a few coins have added up. It however stopped working for about a week. As I speak now, few coins have added up but redeeming them is a challenge.
